We strongly recommend that you take out
travel insurance coverage, including coverage for trip cancellations.
Please register for our trips as soon as
possible since they tend to fill up quickly.

Deposit: $500.00 non-refundable upon booking.
Full Payment: 60 days prior to departure
Refund: No refunds 60 days prior to departure
Cancellations: All cancellations are non-refundable. A credit
will be issued in cases of illness.

Comfortable, friendly Bed & Breakfasts, lodges,
hotels, based on twin or double rooms.
Single? Opportunity to share or supplements available
for an additional charge. |
| Meals
On overnight trips, all breakfasts are included
with some lunches and dinners.

| Transportation
Private van for all regularly scheduled tours.
For Vancouver Island & Rockies tours, convenient
pick-up points are arranged.
Pre and post tour transportation is not included.

in case of emergency, and a waiver form releasing MAKING TRAKS,
